Griffin and Company, PC was founded in 1947 by James E. Griffin in Worcester, Massachusetts. In 1960, he was joined in practice by his son, James E. Griffin, Jr. Together, they built an accounting, tax, and management advisory practice based on quality service and client trust.
The firm of Griffin and Company, PC has provided auditing, accounting, tax and management advisory services to a select client base since 1947. Effective February 14, 2012, former Concord, MA firm of Rockett & Girouard, PC agreed to be acquired, resulting in the formation of subsidiary firm Griffin, Rockett, Girouard and Co., PC.
The combined skills and experience of our select group of seven CPA’s represent a diverse background, consisting of regional Worcester and Boston firms as well as national (Big 4) firms.
Today, its talented management team is led by James E. Griffin, III and David E. Griffin.
