Max Dorfmeister & Company., LLP was founded in 1974.  The firm specializes in representing Small and Medium sized businesses but is not limited to them.  We offer the full service from financial statement preparation, tax compliance, retirement planning, payroll tax filings and consulting, and bookkeeping services.  Our tiered review system assures the top quality in all our work.

Max Dorfmeister, Senior Partner, has been in practice for well over 40 years.  His dedication to quality has never been altered.  Both of the firm’s partners are CPA’s. Its principle is an Enrolled Agent (EA) and all staff professionals are registered with the IRS.  Many of the firm’s staff have been with MDCO for 15 years or more.
