About the Firm

Warren Averett, along with combined predecessor firms, has served clients across the U.S. and beyond for over 50 years, consistently leading the markets in which we practice. Our Firm has strengthened its presence in the Southeast over the last few years by joining successful firms together across Alabama, Florida and Georgia, becoming the Top Pacesetter in Growth among U.S. accounting firms in 2013.

Warren Averett seized the opportunity to expand into Huntsville’s thriving North Alabama market in 2011 joining forces with White, Fleming & Co., one of Huntsville most prestigious, long-standing firms. Warren Averett was the first significantly sized, Alabama-based CPA firm to take up residence in the Huntsville market affording the Firm opportunities to broaden services in the Aerospace and Defense, Life Sciences, Technology and Biotechnology industries.

In 2012, the combination of Alabama-based Warren, Averett, Kimbrough & Marino and Wilson, Price, Barranco, Blankenship & Billingsley with Florida-based O’Sullivan Creel gave rise to a new driving force in the Southeast. All three firms recognized, as many firms have, that their clients and the environment in which they operate had become more complex and challenging. Clients are multi-state, multinational, multi-line of business — so combining resources allowed the Firm to serve clients better, offering them the resources they need to thrive.
